Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a  refund on non-damaged, non-customized items in original packaging.

A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from refunds for all returned items valued under $1000.00. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a replacement, please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging, as well as your order details.

Please note any visible damage to your delivery carrier if you suspect damage upon receipt.

Once we have initiated your replacement sign, we will proved further details about returning or recycling your damaged sign.

Customized Signs or Wall Art

We do not accept returns for customized items.
